COVID- 19 Client Guidelines – must be read before arrival for any services.
Dear clients, please note that after completing a risk assessment, using government and industry guidelines, for my services, I would like you to be aware of the following health and safety measures to help ensure your safe return, and a safe working environment. These will be updated accordingly so do check back before coming to an appointment for any changes.
If you have a higher than normal temperature, are feeling unwell or have been ill recently, or have been in contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID -19. Please do NOT attend any appointments. Please reschedule.
Pre booked appointments only.
Only one person is to visit at a time, wearing a mask. Please wait until I let you in – I will open the door on your arrival, and hand sanitiser will be applied.
A box will be provided for your keys/phone etc. But keep them in your pocket where possible.
Please wash hands for the 20 second routine prior to, and on arrival for your appointment. And then use sanitiser as well.
Although I will be ecstatic to see you, avoid hugging, shaking hands, or any physical contact that’s not necessary. Please keep social distancing as far as possible.
Please pay for your treatment in advance by Bank transfer or on arrival by contactless card payments.
Dress warm enough, doors and windows will be open!
Please bring your own drink.
Please wash your hands again before leaving and sanitise.
A screen will be used and gloves, visors, aprons will worn by myself.
This is a new way of working but I am sure we will get used to it. I very much look forward to seeing you.
